Testo Bargaining

Just to catch up to ourselves
We just settle into our body
We actually just allow the energy be what it is
So just notice what emotions are arising
A bit of anxiety, we'll just notice it
(I guess for me bargaining felt like a war)
Almost like clouds, kind of like hovering along
Other emotions, if there's anger, sadness, it all belongs (A promise was a promise and I couldn't turn it off)
Really just stay sort of holding
(This was when I found out I could never win)

You just notice being in the body
Grounded to the earth
And then just settle into the breath
Almost like the breath is cradling us
