It sure looks like a murder
Or a suicide?
No, i just vomited blood

I feel like I'm getting closer
To death day by day
A simple stomach bleeding
Next is brain bleed?
A fucking nosebleed to mess it all
I don't want any physical effects public
I was dead and gone but now
It's hard to tell if I'm dead or not
Now death is as usual as waking up
It's easier to die than to wake up
