Testo Budapest
The old man told me secrets bout the river
been living here since ninteen sixty eight
he starts to moad and stare:
"one have to pay the fare
while passing the old river of despair"
The old man's wailing almost made me shiver
his eyes got darker than the danube river he told me bout his stife
the day he took his life
he did'nt mention whom or when
was swallowed by the river then
and if I die
will anybody cry?
I shall be passing by
give my last goodbye
to the River
Budapest
I tried to do my very best
not to let her go
with the river
been living here since ninteen sixty eight
he starts to moad and stare:
"one have to pay the fare
while passing the old river of despair"
The old man's wailing almost made me shiver
his eyes got darker than the danube river he told me bout his stife
the day he took his life
he did'nt mention whom or when
was swallowed by the river then
and if I die
will anybody cry?
I shall be passing by
give my last goodbye
to the River
Budapest
I tried to do my very best
not to let her go
with the river
