Question for you, have you had enough to drink?
Are you feeling blue, wash your troubles in your drink
Life carries on like a train
Same time same place everyday
But sometimes it flies off the tracks
And you never do make your way back again

Deep in the woods we were gathered round a fire Ten thousand sticks burning brightly in a pyre
The witches were flying around
Their brooms ten feet high off the ground
Round and round they did spin
Capturing the fire within themselves

Will we remember the trees?
Will we remember the rain?
Will we remember the people we meet along the way?

What is that distant rumbling that I hear?
What is that dreadful humming in my ear?
The vikings have taken the town
Their axes are swinging around
I sit on my porch and I wait Accepting my imminent fate
The same end as all those who I call friends
