A flood of how you thought it would be
Turning out so differently
You force my hand blindly forward trudging
I am now lost in the haze of time
An isolated future formed of dissonance
My eyes now wide foresee a scorched sky above

You show me how to feel
Survive the frequency
Decipher what I see
I've time to change this scene
And learn to turn the key
Is it my contorted perception?

The answer begs the question
