Running through the field where pops cut hay
Heading down to the creek for three or four days
Grab my fishing pole and my tackle bag
Lady's in the front seat and the guitars in the back
Never know what you have
Till you take a look in the past

This ole pickup trucks just hummin' along
It runs on teenage love and cheap gasoline

Best bet I'll make it for those collard greens
