Scattered storms from Reno to L.A.
The city of canyons,
hot as hell all day
Tornadoes in the alley,
turbulent air
Event horizon,
we're not even sure we care

People all over on shaky ground
Discontent out on the streets
Tempers flaring in the dust and heat

Fruits of love
Yours and mine
Would see brighter days

Heavy weather
